Privacy and Data Protection
10 key points about our commitment to protecting your privacy and data
1. We have a detailed privacy policy that strictly defines how we collect and use customer information.
2. Our servers are hosted on the Amazon Web Services data centers, which are ISO 27001 security-certified and provide disaster recovery in various locations.
3. Our applicant tracking platform is deployed on a high-availability redundant infrastructure that ensures continuous operation in the case of hardware failure.
4. Our servers are behind firewalls that restrict access to only explicitly allowed ports and protocols.
5. We take automated daily backups of our database and file systems.
6. All data that is transferred between a user and our licensed servers is encrypted through https.
7. DiversityDirectory's platform does not store Credit Card data. All credit card information is stored on our third party payment provider, Braintree, which is is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider.
8. User passwords and employee passwords are stored using one-way encryption.
9. User and employee activity is saved in detailed logs that are stored for at least 30 days.
